Refund policy

7-Day Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
Product Condition: To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Refund Disbursement: Refunds are processed only after the payment has been cleared and received from our courier service.
Tax Deduction: A standard 4% tax deduction will be applied to the total refund amount before disbursement.
